The Statesmen and Lady Statesmen track and field teams will be competing on a brand new outdoor surface next spring.  Fans can view photos of the new track by clicking here and then going to the 2011-2012 folder, then the Men's Track and Field folder, and finally the Track Construction folder.  Additional photos of the second story of the press box are there as well.The 2013 Iowa Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships are scheduled to officially begin on Thursday, May 9, with the heptathlon/decathlon events, and the Buena Vista track and field teams are heading into the championships looking to build off last year's success and post their highest overall finishes in recent years.
